Hola!
This week we moved apartments again! I'm still in the same area (Red Rocks) but we switched apartments with the Elders in our ward since our apartment was kinda sketchy. We love our new apartment! It is a little smaller than the other one but it has an amazing view of the lake and is so much safer so we are happy! The Elders seem happy with it too because they have more space and they don't mind the sketchiness. The best part though is we have a washer and dryer in the apartment!!! We don't have to leave the apartment to do laundry anymore and we can do it for free! Woohoo!
On the morning of Halloween we had a lesson with a member family in our ward and their dog peed on my leg haha. Other than that, Halloween was really fun! We made cupcakes and delivered them to people in the ward. We had to be inside by 6pm so we just did some studying.
I absolutely love being in a trio and I love my companions! We've had lots of good laughs and fun times this week. The Elders in our ward are probably super annoyed with us because we keep remembering things we forgot to bring from our old apartment and so yesterday at church we did an exchange of a bunch of things we forgot.
I love the members and this ward so much and I would love to stay here for another transfer or two. The work is going well too. A lot of the people we are teaching are just going to take time but they are making progress!
This week has been MUCH warmer than last week. We went on a hike at Red Rocks today which was so fun! I love it there a lot.
